We highly recommend Dish Network, we've personally used them for over 3 years and they give great service and programming. New movies all the time without the "premium channels" cost. Great cooking shows, loved Super Volcano on discovery channel the other  night, very informative, etc..

The Affiliate program is likewise great. Pays three tiers down, twice a month. You earn it, you get it, commissions can more then pay the Dish bill each month!
